No Overlays, No Shortcuts.

Accessibility isn’t a widget you bolt on. It’s how a site is built. We audit your site against WCAG 2.2 AA, fix what’s broken at the code level, and leave you with a site that works for more people and is far better prepared for legal scrutiny.

Psst… Building something new? Accessibility is already included in our website design & development.

From Audit to Assurance

Real accessibility is a process: find the barriers, fix them properly, and keep them fixed.

Audit

Automated and manual testing against WCAG 2.2 AA, so you know exactly where you stand

Prioritization

Issues ranked by how much they affect the people using your site.

Semantic, clean code fixes: headings, landmarks, forms, ARIA only where it’s needed

Testing

Keyboard, screen reader, and zoom testing with real assistive tech

Monitoring

Ongoing checks so new content and updates don’t undo the work

Everything You Need, Built In.

Accessibility isn’t just about passing an automated test. It’s about people being able to use your site. Here’s what’s included:

Keyboard navigation and visible focus states on every interactive element

Screen reader testing so content reads in a logical, meaningful order

Color contrast and text sizing fixes that hold up on any device

Accessible forms, with clear labels, errors, and instructions

Alt text guidance and media fixes: captions, transcripts, and decorative image handling

Semantic heading and landmark structure for easy navigation

A plain-language accessibility statement for your site

Training and documentation so your team keeps content accessible

Post-fix retest + 30-day warranty for peace of mind

Specializing in Organizations That Serve the Public

If people count on your website to pay a bill, find a meeting or ask for help, it has to work for everyone. We help all kinds of organizations get there, with a special focus on small local governments.

Municipalities

Cities, towns, counties, & special districts have a real deadline, budgets to manage, and a community to serve.

Local Government Accessibility

Nonprofits

Get HHS grants, even ones passed through your state? You likely have a deadline too: May 2027 or 2028, depending on your size.

Healthcare Practices

Take Medicaid? That counts as HHS money, so the same deadlines apply to your website.

Assessment

We test your site and hand you a plain-English report, a prioritized fix list and a cost estimate, split into phases you can budget for.

Remediation

We fix what the Assessment found, most important first, using it as the checklist. Then we retest so you can see the before and after.

Ongoing Care

Every new page and PDF is a chance for things to slip. We can keep an eye on it for you as part of a care plan.

WordPress + Accessibility Expertise

Questions People Ask

Don’t see your question? Schedule a free 30-minute call and ask us.

No one can honestly guarantee that. Compliance depends on the laws that apply to you, and only a lawyer can assess your legal exposure. What we can do is audit and fix your site against WCAG 2.2 AA, which includes 2.1 AA, the standard the federal rules name. That puts you in a far stronger position and gives you documented proof of the work.

An audit finds the problems and ranks them by impact. Remediation fixes them. We do both, and the audit report becomes the checklist we fix against. Afterward we retest, so you see before-and-after results instead of taking our word for it.

No. Overlays are widgets that claim to fix accessibility with one line of code. They can’t repair underlying problems like broken structure or unlabeled forms, and they sometimes interfere with the assistive technology people already use. We fix the code itself.

Automated tools are a useful starting point, but they only catch a portion of real issues. They can tell you an image has alt text, but not whether the text is meaningful. They can’t tell you if a menu works by keyboard alone or if a screen reader announces your form correctly. That’s why our audits include manual keyboard and screen reader testing.

Most projects take 2–6 weeks, depending on the size of your site and the number of issues found. We’ll give you a clear timeline in your quote after reviewing your site.

Mostly not. Most fixes happen behind the scenes: code structure, labels, keyboard support. The visible changes are usually small, like stronger color contrast or clearer focus outlines. If a design element can’t be made accessible as-is, we’ll talk it through with you first.

In most cases we can fix your existing site. If the theme or page builder is the core problem, we’ll say so plainly and lay out your options, including whether a rebuild would cost less than endless patching.

Accessibility can slip as new pages, plugins, and updates are added. We provide training and simple guidelines so your team can publish accessible content. For ongoing peace of mind, we also offer monitoring and periodic re-audits through our website management plans.
